LEI - Outline of Work Program 2021-2025

I. Organization

Maintaining CBO status (Constituent Based Organization) to maintain LEI as a substantive representation of the public interest with the legality of the legal entity of the LEI Association.

I.1 Organs

Develop association organs led by Management and Supervisors as "assemblies" representing members with the distribution of implementation authority to the Implementing Team, LEI Foundation and PT Green Living.

I.2 Structure

Organizing the structure and relations between LEI organs, with a lean structure and highly committed human resources.

I.3 Culture

Building a cohesive organizational culture that involves members, is quick in making decisions, brings innovation and creates added value.

II. Knowledge

Manage knowledge and develop ideas.

II.1 Network

Sharing knowledge and ideas to expand and strengthen networks related to sustainability themes.

II.2 Communication

Sharpen information and knowledge-based communication strategies to mobilize (internal) resources and increase public acceptance.

II.3 Fundraising

Increase financial capacity and sustainability by managing funding from fundraising sources, projects, businesses, royalties and member fees.

III.1 Sertifikasi

Menjadi center of excellent sertifikasi ekolabel di Indonesia

III.2 International Standard

Conducting studies on the adjustment (adaptation) of international standards to the Indonesian context, or equalization of standards developed in Indonesia (including by LEI) with international standards.

III.3 Sustainable Community-Based Forest Management (PHBML)

Develop and expand the scope of Sustainable Community-Based Forest Management certification, improve its implementation, and encourage greater achievement of agrarian reform and social forestry.

III.4 National Standard

Continue to support the development of national standards in collaboration with government, various parties, and standards developers.

IV.1 Green Labeling Development

Develop a green labeling system for development activities and its support system.

IV.2 SME Products

Support the development of green products by SMEs (medium, small, micro, ultra micro) and their information systems that are able to engage and be accepted by the market

IV.3 Sub-National

Develop an appreciation system and give appreciation to jurisdictions (provinces and districts/cities, FMUs, sectors/sub-sectors) that carry out green development (reference: SDGs and PI agenda).

IV.4  National

Developing a green labeling system for development activities, as well as encouraging the implementation of green procurement policies and market expansion support for green labeled products (including LEI certificates).

IV.5  Incentive System

Encourage the development and implementation of an incentive system for green/sustainable products.

IV.6  Subsidy System

Encouraging the development and implementation of a subsidy system for SMEs (small, micro and ultra micro) who are affected by development policies.

IV.7  Safeguard System

Build a safeguard system related to the implementation of UUCK, SDGs (TPB), PI Agenda.
